Justin Blaise Dillingham was born in Sarasota, Florida, on April 21, 1992. Raised in a close-knit family as the youngest of six children, he developed a strong foundation rooted in responsibility, work ethic, and long-term thinking. He graduated from Sarasota Christian School and earned a Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies from Florida Gulf Coast University, where he was a member of Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity and the National Honors Society.
Mr. Dillingham began his career in outside sales before transitioning into online reputation management in 2015. Over the next decade, he worked with consumers and businesses to address complex digital challenges, protect personal and professional reputations, and improve online visibility. He spent nearly 10 years with NetReputation, contributing to the company’s growth from an early-stage startup into a multi-million-dollar organization. During this time, he advanced into senior operational leadership, overseeing department operations, hiring and training initiatives, and business development efforts.
Today, Mr. Dillingham is focused on acquiring and operating small businesses, applying his experience in sales, operations, and digital strategy to build efficient, scalable, and sustainable companies. Outside of work, his interests include weightlifting, golf, travel, and spending time with family, friends, and his rescue dog, Ranger.
